The annual ABC picnic is scheduled for 8/24/25 at the Deale Beach Community Center.
Join us for another ABC picnic for fun, food, games and socializing. Bring friends and family - please leave your 4-legged family members home this year.
The picnic will be catered by Bayside Bull and will offer smoked chicken pieces, pulled pork, mac n’ cheese, vegetarian baked beans, Cole slaw, salad, and rolls. We will provide water and sodas, but please bring your own adult beverages if you want.
Please bring a dessert to share with everyone.
We will be indoors at the clubhouse as well as the grounds out back with a beautiful view of Carrs Creek.
Please bring a chair for outdoors, games if you have them - we will have cornhole again!
We will have bike items to raffle!
- PARKING: parking is available along Main Street. near the Hall; or follow the parking signs to 5980 6th. St. (Eileen’s house); or use the vacant lot on the left closer to the Bay.
Beware Of The Deale Beach Ditches.
The cost per individual attendee is $25 and ABC is covering the rest and guests are welcome. Everyone needs to register and pay in advance via the website. If you register using the smartphone app, do NOT select the "Invoice me" option.
Refunds will not be granted. Registration will close on 8/20/25 at 8am so we can call in the catering order. Please let us know if you have special dietary requests by sending an email to the coordinators, LJ Reiter, Eileen O'Neale, Jennifer Meyers.
