ABC's Conquering Cumberland Weekend - Thursday 9/24 - Sunday 9/27

- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday in September. Ride the days that interest you
- Road and hard-surface trail options.
- Bring your road bike and/or off-road trail bike.
- Different long and short routes each day.
- Includes hills and a challenge climb up to Dan's Rock Overlook.
- Check-in to lodging once – no need to relocate. Pick your lodging. There are options.
- Bring road and and/or off-road bicycles if you want to.
- Will be challenging but fun and memorable.
- Social as well as physical.
- Must be an ABC member ($30/yr) to participate due to insurance requirements.
Daily Events. Click the date to go to the calendar item. The daily routes are subject to change.
Thursday 9/24: Route. Northwest 45 miles & 2500 ascent - Frostburg and GAP Trail on roads and hard surface trail. Through a tunnel.
Friday 9/25: Route. Southwest loop 50 miles and 3900 ascent, or 4900 option for 55 miles. Optional challenge up to Dan's Rock Overlook.
Saturday 9/26: Route. Explore the C&O Canal Trail and, or surrounding roads.
Sunday 9/27: Route. Rocky Gap Climber (and Descender) - 35 miles and 3600 ascent and descent. Lunch at Rocky Gap State Park lodge.

Register on-line for each individual day Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and answer some helpful survey questions. Registration is non binding and can be cancelled. There is no cost to ride. There will be personal expenses for travel, lodging, meals, nutrition, etc.
We will schedule several Google Meet planning meetings between now and then.
