Start at 9am at City Dock next to the end of Ego Alley, and loop around Eastport, Bay Ridge and the WW2 memorial to commemorate Memorial Day. Coffee and donuts afterwards. We'll make a few deviations from this ABC route that Eric knows to make it safer and more pleasant, adding a loop through Quiet Waters Park, and avoiding the busiest part of Bay Ridge Avenue.
Note, the outdoor parking lot at city dock is limited to two hour parking, so we suggest using the City parking garage between Duke of Gloucester and Main Streets - see map: https://www.annapolisparking.com
