Update 3/16: Some people were having issues with the 35 mile link showing the wrong route. I've updated the link at 6 a.m. on 3/16.

Join us for a 35 or 51 mile ride through southern Anne Arundel County!

We will regroup regularly so no one is left behind.

Route details: Both routes start at Southern High School in Harwood, then head to the Pindells before crossing back over Route 4. Both routes meander toward North Beach, but the shorter route cuts that off and heads through Fairhaven and back north.

Weather: 50 degrees at 9:00, 58 by 1 p.m. Light winds.

Route changes: RJ has a new rule for rides he leads - no route changes on the day of the ride, unless there is a major problem, such as a road closure or the weather takes a serious turn for the worse. Late-breaking route changes generate confusion and frustration, so this rule is intended to avoid them.

If you have a safety concern or spot another issue with the route, please bring them up prior to the day of the ride, so that it can be addressed and everyone can have the corrected route in their bike computers. If you have ideas to improve the route, please let me know - I'm happy to adjust my routes for future rides.
