Route details:  All routes start at Davidsonville Park and head north, then over to Riva, across Route 2, and down Muddy Creek.  Up everyone's favorite Galesville Hill, where we'll regroup, then down Sudley Rd, except the short route.

38 Mile riders will continue on Sudley to Nutwell, hop over to Route 2, and follow that to the traffic circle, hit Bayard, Sands, and back to Patuxent River.

54 Mile riders will hang left on to Sudley, to Swamp Circle, loop through Deale, then back to Bay Front to Franklin Gibson, Leitch, and a swing through Fairhaven.  Then we'll follow Route 2 back to Bayard, Sands, and Patuxent River Rd.

Route changes: RJ has a new rule for rides he leads - no route changes on the day of the ride, unless there is a major problem, such as a road closure or the weather takes a serious turn for the worse.  Late-breaking route changes generate confusion and frustration, so this rule is intended to avoid them.

If you have a safety concern or spot another issue with the route, please bring them up prior to the day of the ride, so that it can be addressed and everyone can have the corrected route in their bike computers.  If you have ideas to improve the route, please let me know - I'm happy to adjust my routes for future rides.
