A mid-week spin starting at Tractor Supply parking lot in Edgewater and heading down south towards Deale via Muddy Creek. We will ride through SERC and down and back on Cumberstone Rd for a few extra gentle miles.

We will stop at mile 25 at South County Cafe for a break. We will re-group as necessary during the ride with average speed of 16-17 mph .
